Okay, sue us - we love Paramore. (Yeah, we know, so does your 13-year-old little sister . . .) But with the huge voice on that girl, the tight guitars, the great riffs, and the soaring melodies - plus just a little bit of an edge - you've got some really winning workout music here.

"Asskicking" may or may not be the first word that springs to mind to describe Paramore. But "awesome" might be.

Okay, so they utterly pilfered that opening riff from Weezer's "Say It Ain't So." But they sound so young and callow you can easily believe they didn't realise they were doing. Beyond that, this song is very lively and fun. Have fun, be young, get thrashed (on your workout).
